(  (  (  (  N  E  W  S  F  L  I  P  P  E  R  )  )  )  )

NOVEMBER 6, 1997 - The Washington Post

reports that a 29-year-old porn flick actress

named Dalny Marga Valdes filed a complaint

with the National Labor Relations Board in

Los Angeles charging the Screen Actors Guild

with "arbitrary, unfair, capricious, invidious,

and discriminatory" bias in their refusal to

admit her and other "workers" of her industry

to the pretigious union once headed by the likes

of Eddie Cantor, Ronald Reagan, Patty Duke, and

Ed Asner. Noting that SAG members get a standard

$5000 fee for merely walking around naked

while adult film actors are being systematically

exploited at a mere $300-600 per movie, she adds that

"the labor is very intense - the work is hard,

offers no benefits or residual rights, and wages

are often paid under the table in cash."
