Introduction to Bob Black
THERE'S NOT A WHOLE LOTTA STEAM I can blow back on Bob Black at this time, but the whistle's hanging around my neck like a best friend. I've never met the man. His stinging criticism and ultimate dismissal of most previous big name ideologies built on sand is quite encouraging. He is definitely one of the more rowdy players in this game of post-situ intrigue, and we take note of him as primary among a few others wrestling for distinction.
I may be way off base here, but I cannot help but to compare on some small scale Bob Black, the man and the myth, to that well-journeyed whacked out hacked off headblast, the rank irreversible but always jugular Hunter S. Thompson. This is not a critical comparison, merely a first raw impression.
